Logistics performance index: Competence and quality of logistics services (1=low to 5=high)

The assessment of logistics service competence and quality is derived from a comprehensive survey orchestrated by the World Bank, engaging a diverse group of logistics professionals from various sectors and geographies. Over a span of two months in late 2022, the survey captured insights about logistics performance from 652 experts across 115 countries, focusing on eight strategically selected trade partners. Respondents analyzed the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics services—including transport operators and customs brokers—rating them on a scale from 1 to 5.
